We’re recruiting for a Seasonal Chef to join a busy residential activity centre in Weymouth, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Seasonal Chef looking for a rewarding, seasonal role in a stunning coastal setting, supporting young people through active residential stays while developing your own experience within a high-volume kitchen.

Based in Weymouth, Dorset, you’ll be part of a friendly and experienced kitchen team, preparing nutritious meals for large groups and contributing to a positive dining experience. This Seasonal Chef position offers a great balance of structure, team culture and the chance to work in a unique environment close to the Jurassic Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen:

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for large groups
• Support menu planning and cater for dietary and allergen requirements
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Assist with the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support junior team members where needed
• Contribute to the wider residential activity environment

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this Seasonal Chef role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Chef, Cook or in a similar kitchen role
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong organisation and the ability to work under pressure
• A Food Safety qualification (desirable but not essential)
