Key Responsibilities:

As part of the kitchen team, you’ll:

• Support the pastry section with daily preparation
• Ensure desserts and pastry items are prepped and maintained throughout service
• Work closely with the wider kitchen brigade
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Bring strong organisation and attention to detail as a Pastry Chef

• Previous experience working within a pastry section

• The ability to commit to a busy summer season
• Good time management and preparation skills
• Experience working as a Pastry Chef within a professional kitchen
