What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the kitchen leadership to maintain high standards across a diverse food offering, including light lunches, private events, and seasonal menus. You’ll be a key part of a six-strong kitchen team that values teamwork and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Upholding excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices
• Managing portion sizes and helping reduce kitchen waste
• Assisting with kitchen leadership and stepping up when required
• Contributing to a positive, supportive kitchen environment

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
