What’s involved?

You will be assisting the Head Chef throughout the day, helping to create new and traditional dishes using a combination of local and homegrown ingredients. Furthermore, you will be running one of the four stations in the kitchen overseeing junior chefs and passing on your skills and knowledge.

Our client is seeking a Junior Sous with a variety of experience, knowledge of all areas in a kitchen is essential, as well as a creative and motived mindset.

Other responsibilities include managing health and hygiene standards, ordering and doing the rota when needed.
