A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Housekeeper to join a luxury hotel in the New Forest. Working as part of an experienced housekeeping team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining exceptional standards throughout the property. With live-in accommodation available and a location commutable from Bournemouth and Southampton, this is a great opportunity for someone passionate about luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help deliver outstanding guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards across the hotel.

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to an exceptional standard
• Ensure rooms are prepared and presented perfectly for guests
• Follow luxury housekeeping procedures and attention to detail standards
• Work closely with supervisors and the wider housekeeping team
• Report maintenance issues and ensure guest areas are always guest-ready
• Support the smooth running of the department

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent standards within a luxury hospitality setting.

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred
• Experience within a luxury or 5-star environment is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable and organised approach
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude towards guest service
