What’s involved?

• 
  As Head Chef you will naturally be a fantastic communicator that can get the very best out of the multi cultural kitchen team. You will have the advantage of being able to access the company specified menu log for your dishes leaving you plenty of time to focus on the management of the kitchen as a whole. You will be able to spot and exploit potential extra revenue streams for the restaurant as well as inspiring a team of young chefs.
• You will of course be fully conversant in the latest health and hygiene legislation and ensure this is followed at all times.
• Ideally you will have experience in a high volume operation as the restaurant serves customers pretty much non stop throughout the day.
