Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an elegant country house hotel in Hampshire. They are looking for a Head Chef who has a strong background at a high end level to head up their brasserie.

We are looking for a chef that is passionate about what they do and who is excited by food and the potential of the site. This is a busy establishment and has a great reputation for serving well-made British classics. You will oversee their gastro pub, running the kitchen and making sure you control your food safety and costing.

Perhaps you are an experienced Snr Sous Chef looking for your next move or a Head Chef looking for an expanded role.

What’s involved?

• As the Head Chef, your responsibilities will be to support and lead the other chefs through clear communication and delegation, and identify any training needs. Take a proactive role in the team, identifying and resolving issues as well as sharing ideas for improvements. Your responsibilities will also include the ordering and control of food related GPs, health and safety and people management of a small team, supported by the Executive Head Chef.
