Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning, family-owned luxury boutique hotel located in the breathtaking Burren region in the West of Ireland. We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled Head Bartender to lead their beverage offering.

What’s involved?

As the Head Bartender, you will take full ownership of the bar operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end guest experience that complements the hotel’s Michelin-recognised dining. You will be responsible for curated cocktail creation, beverage stock control, and delivering impeccable service across breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea, and evening service. Leading by example, you will maintain pristine standards and foster a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visitors.
