As part of a small, family-owned hospitality group with two sister properties, this intimate 45-cover venue is celebrated for its passion for authentic Spanish cuisine, tapas, fine wines, and creative mixology. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to take full ownership of the bar program.

Package

• Up to £40,000 basic salary
• Plus, tips / tronc estimated up to £6,000 per annum

What’s involved?

As Bar Manager, you will take complete ownership of the bar operations, driving innovative cocktail creation, curating Spanish wine offerings, and maintaining flawless beverage standards. Working in an intimate setting, you will lead a small team while remaining hands-on, regularly working on the floor during service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ideally, you will be an experienced Bar Manager with a deep knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and wines, alongside a genuine love for Spanish cuisine. Experience in a high-quality, boutique, or Rosette/Michelin-level restaurant is strongly preferred.
