What we’re looking for:
This role is suited to a proven senior chef with strong leadership experience in luxury hotels or high-end multi-outlet operations.

• Previous experience as Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel
  * Strong background in multi-outlet management (restaurant, bar, events, afternoon tea)
  * Solid financial and operational acumen
  * A hands-on leader who can inspire and develop teams
  * High standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  * Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
  * A passion for classic cuisine with a modern touch

What’s involved?
You will oversee all culinary operations across the hotel, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability.

• Leading and developing the kitchen brigade across multiple outlets
  * Designing and evolving menus across restaurant, lounge, and events
  * Managing GP, budgets, and supplier relationships
  * Driving consistency in food quality and presentation
  * Collaborating with senior management on business strategy
  * Maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture
