Key Responsibilities

As a Commis Chef, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:

• Preparing ingredients and assisting with a range of dishes to a high standard

• Supporting senior chefs during busy services
• Keeping your section clean, organised, and well stocked
