Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section and help ensure smooth, consistent service.

• Running your designated kitchen section
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Organising mise en place ready for service
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitoring stock, portions and food waste
• Working closely with the wider brigade to deliver consistent service

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a well-organised kitchen.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confidence working during busy service periods
• Good attention to detail and presentation
• Reliable, professional and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and kitchen discipline
