If you’re eager to learn and work with fresh, local produce, this is a fantastic opportunity!

As a Chef De Partie in Sevenoaks Kent, you’ll be key in prepping and cooking high-quality dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients, many grown or foraged on-site. You’ll be working to maintain 2 AA Rosette standards and will have the chance to be involved in the butchery of your produce – a unique experience for a dedicated Chef.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Maintaining 2 AA Rosette standards in your work.
• Ensuring all mise en place is ready for smooth service.
• Cooking and presenting delicious breakfasts to a high standard.
• Following all food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Managing stock rotation and storage effectively.
• Communicating any issues or needs clearly.
• Supporting other kitchen sections when required.
• Cleaning your section and preparing for the next day.
• Assisting with ordering and stock checks.
