Set in one of Scotland’s most iconic coastal locations, this award-winning property is recognised for its refined hospitality, exceptional seasonal food, and unique guest experience.

Package

• £32,000 salary

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within high-end kitchens
• Strong classical cooking foundation with refined presentation skills
• Passion for seasonal Scottish produce
• Calm and organised during service
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• A genuine desire to be part of a close-knit, ambitious brigade
• Full driving licence preferred due to rural location
