Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our kitchen team, responsible for:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
• Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis chefs
• Assisting in developing new dishes and menus in collaboration with the sous and head chef
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained
• Monitoring portion sizes and waste to support profitability

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a dedicated culinary professional who:

• Has experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy environment
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Is capable of leading and inspiring kitchen team members
• Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Is passionate about creating quality dishes and continually improving
