What’s involved?
As a Chef you will create your own menus for everyday service across lunch and afternoon service, as well as functions and events on at the club in the evenings. This role is available due to an expansion in the kitchens operating hours, so fresh ideas and experiences are welcome in the team.
You will be responsible for stock & ordering, kitchen rotas, health & safety and COSHH regulations as well as kitchen service.
