Looking for your next role as a Chef in Taunton? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional kitchen team with consistent hours, no late finishes, and the flexibility of agency work. You’ll be based at a well-established site in Somerset, working Monday to Friday for at least 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef and keep daily operations running smoothly, including:

• Assisting with menu creation and food preparation
• Supervising and motivating the kitchen team
• Ensuring high food quality and presentation
• Managing stock, orders, and health & safety standards
• Running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced Chef who can step in confidently and deliver high standards from day one:

• Available to start on 15th September
• Able to commit to at least 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 10:15 – 19:15
• Strong kitchen background, ideally with Sous Chef experience
• A team player with good organisation and leadership skills
