Based in Filton, this role offers consistent daytime hours, weekends off, and the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Barista, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service within a busy workplace café by:

• Preparing high-quality coffees and hot drinks to a consistently high standard
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Supporting the smooth running of the coffee shop during busy service periods
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assisting the wider team when required within the staff restaurant

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this Barista role, you’ll have:

• Previous Barista experience
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a Catering Assistant would be beneficial but isn’t essential
