At Platinum Recruitment, we love rewarding those who help us connect great talent with fantastic job opportunities. Our Refer a Friend scheme is a simple way to earn more money by referring friends or colleagues to us. Here’s how it works:
Permanent Placements – Earn £250
If you refer someone for a permanent position and they secure the role, you’ll receive a £250 cash bonus* once they successfully start.
Ongoing Temporary Work – Earn £50
Do you know someone looking for temporary work? If they complete 160 hours within 12 weeks, you’ll receive a £50 voucher, which can be spent in any UK retail outlet.
Shift-Based Temporary Work – Earn £25
For friends securing short-term or contract-based shifts, you can still earn more money! Once they complete 25 hours in a month, you’ll receive a £25 voucher, which can be spent in any UK retail outlet.
Earn More Money: How to Qualify
Your referral must be new to Platinum Recruitment (not registered or in contact with the company in the last 2 years).
Referrals must be submitted via our official contact form to be eligible.
Payments are processed once the client’s invoice is paid and any guarantee periods are completed.
The £50 and £25 rewards are given as vouchers of your choice. £250 payments are processed via payroll, as per government regulations.
The referred candidate must be placed within six months of your referral.
