What You’ll Be Doing

Every day brings something different as you help deliver outstanding food to a high standard. You’ll:

• Own and run your kitchen section with confidence
• Prepare and present fresh, quality dishes
• Keep service running smoothly through excellent organisation and preparation
• Support and encourage junior chefs as they develop
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Help control stock, minimise waste and maximise efficiency
• Work alongside a passionate and professional kitchen team that takes pride in every service

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready for the next step
• Thrives in a busy, professional kitchen
• Takes pride in producing consistently great food
• Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team
• Has a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
• Brings enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine passion for hospitality
