Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking a variety of dishes, including sauces, grilling, and frying.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure your workstation is organised and clean.
• Support senior chefs and learn how to refine essential cooking techniques.
• Help with ingredient monitoring and stock control to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Participate in cleaning routines and kitchen procedures to uphold safety standards.

What we’re looking for:

• A Commis Chef with a passion for cooking and eagerness to learn in a professional kitchen environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to hygiene standards.
• Reliable team-player with a positive attitude.
• Experience in a kitchen setting is beneficial but not essential – training will be provided.
