Agency Chef required for a busy coastal venue on the Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend the summer working in a fast-paced kitchen while enjoying one of the UK’s most popular seaside destinations. With live-in accommodation available and the potential for work beyond the summer season, this role offers both flexibility and stability.

Key Responsibilities

As an Agency Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team by:

• Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
• Assisting with all sections of the kitchen during busy service
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Working closely with the wider Chef team to ensure smooth service
• Supporting the kitchen throughout the busy summer period

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a Chef
• Is confident working in a busy kitchen environment
• Can commit to working until at least September, with the possibility of extending the contract
• Works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure
• Is reliable, hardworking and keen to make a positive impact
