We are recruiting an Agency Chef for a renowned coastal venue on the Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend the summer working in a fast-paced kitchen, producing exceptional food while developing your skills in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities

As an Agency Chef, you will:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen.
• Support service for up to 600 covers per day during peak season.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen brigade to deliver consistently high standards.
• Help ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations throughout service.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience within Rosette-standard or high-end kitchens.
• Is confident producing quality food in a high-volume environment.
• Has experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong chef ready to step up.
• Can commit to working through until September.
• Is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys working as part of a team
• Ideally has experience working in or around Freshwater or is happy to relocate for the season.
