Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay by:

• Cleaning and tidying guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard
• Changing bed linen, cleaning, and replenishing bathrooms
• Checking the general condition of rooms and reporting any maintenance issues
• Ensuring all company standards and procedures are followed
• Supporting the team to maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the property
• Maintaining the high presentation standards expected of an experienced housekeeper and room attendant

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous housekeeper or room attendant experience within a hotel environment
• Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
• Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, organised, and takes a proactive approach
• Enjoys delivering excellent guest experiences as a room attendant or housekeeper
