Are you an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in Cambridge? Key Responsibilities

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining outstanding cleanliness and presentation by:

• Ensuring guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standards
• Supervising and inspecting guest rooms and public areas
• Allocating daily cleaning duties in line with business needs
• Monitoring the efficiency of the linen service and assisting with linen stocktakes
• Ordering, receiving and issuing cleaning materials
• Processing guest and team member laundry and dry cleaning in line with procedures
• Recording and reporting maintenance faults and damages
• Ensuring housekeeping equipment is used safely and effectively
• Supporting the housekeeping team with room servicing when required, including assisting as a room attendant where needed
• Managing lost property in accordance with company procedures
• Following all Health & Safety and Fire procedures at all times

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience within a busy hospitality environment
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Experience supervising housekeeping teams
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support as a room attendant when required
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and health & safety standards
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
