Key Responsibilities:
As Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of each shift:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel during your shift
• Lead, motivate and support team members across departments
• Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
• Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests and special visitors
• Use CRM and till systems accurately and efficiently
• Ensure detailed and effective handovers between shifts
• Monitor service standards and maintain operational excellence
• Work a mixture of day and overnight shifts as part of the rota

What we’re looking for:
To succeed as Hotel Duty Manager in Bridport, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Confidence dealing with guest concerns and resolving issues
• Experience using hotel management, CRM or till systems
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Flexibility to work both day and overnight shifts
• Access to your own transport due to the hotel’s location
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
