Key Responsibilities:
As Guest Relations Assistant, you’ll support the Head of Guest Relations in creating a seamless guest journey:

• Welcome guests and deliver a warm, professional first impression
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests and reservations
• Support with booking spa treatments and guest experiences
• Ensure guest areas remain organised and presentable
• Help create personalised stays so every guest feels valued
• Work closely with the wider front-of-house team to maintain high standards

What we’re looking for:
To succeed as Guest Relations Assistant in Bridport, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar front-of-house role within a luxury hotel environment
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to work a 40-hour rota including evenings and weekends
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
