We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join a beautiful countryside hotel and restaurant just four miles from Arundel. Set in the heart of the South Downs, this unique venue features walled gardens, flint-and-timber charm, and its own vineyard, creating a true plot-to-plate dining experience. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a busy, professional kitchen, supported by an experienced brigade and strong leadership. Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes and supporting the kitchen brigade.
* Prepare and cook dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Run your section efficiently during service
* Support junior chefs and maintain a positive kitchen environment
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Collaborate with the brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service
What we’re looking for
