Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning restaurant with rooms in Cumbria, looking to recruit a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join their exceptional kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step into a senior role while working alongside an experienced Head Chef, producing Michelin-standard cuisine using outstanding seasonal produce.

What’s involved?

• Running your section with confidence and consistency
• Preparing and delivering dishes to Michelin-standard quality
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Assisting with the development of seasonal menus
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the brigade
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
• Taking responsibility for your section and helping ensure smooth service
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste

Sound like the role for you?

We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who has:

• Experience working within a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin-starred kitchen, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
• A genuine passion for exceptional food and seasonal produce
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn from an experienced team
• Ambition to progress within an award-winning kitchen
