We are recruiting a Senior Chef to join a beautiful hotel and restaurant just four miles from Arundel. This unique venue combines walled gardens, flint-and-timber charm, and its own vineyard, offering a true plot-to-plate dining experience. You’ll work with seasonal, locally sourced produce in a busy, well-established kitchen, supported by a skilled brigade and strong leadership. This role is perfect for a Chef de Partie looking to step up and develop their career in a respected hospitality setting, easily commutable from Worthing.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Chef, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards and supporting the kitchen brigade.
* Run your own section during service with confidence and consistency
* Prepare and cook dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Support junior chefs and maintain a positive kitchen environment
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Work closely with the brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service
What we’re looking for

* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
* Strong passion for seasonal produce and high-quality cooking
* Ability to run your own section during busy service
