Key Responsibilities:
As a Bar & Lounge Supervisor, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering outstanding service by:
- Going above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves happy and well looked after
- Maintaining expert knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktail menus to help drive sales
- Delivering service steps and standards consistently without cutting corners
- Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
- Upholding exceptional standards of service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
