Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and team
• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers
• Support and oversee menu changes and new concepts
• Act on customer feedback to improve services
• Maintain stock levels and oversee cleaning responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety regulations
