Recommend a Friend and Earn Up To £250

At Platinum Recruitment, we believe in credit where credit’s due. That’s why if you refer a friend to our Recommend a Friend scheme, you can earn up to £250* per recommendation.

If you have friends or work colleagues who are currently looking for temporary or permanent work, simply complete the form below. Your friend will be contacted with job opportunities available to them, and depending on the job length and time worked, you will receive £25 to £250 per recommendation.

GOOD TO KNOW: There is NO cap on our Recommend a Friend scheme. This means the more people you introduce to Platinum Recruitment, the more you earn 💰💰💰

*Terms and Conditions

£250 – Referrals made to Platinum Recruitment for a vacant Permanent position and who are successful in securing a new role are eligible for a Recommend a Friend bonus of £250.
£50 – Referrals made to Platinum Recruitment for an ongoing temporary worker who is successful in securing a new Temporary role and who completes a minimum of 160 hrs (within a 12-week period) are eligible for a Recommend a Friend bonus of £50 paid in vouchers of your choosing.
£25 – Referrals made to Platinum Recruitment for a shift-based temporary worker who is successful in securing a new contract style placement and who completes a minimum of 25 hrs (over a 1-month period) are eligible for a Recommend a Friend bonus of £25 paid in vouchers of your choosing.
Any candidate referred must be a new candidate not already registered or had contact within the last 2 years with Platinum Recruitment.
The recommendation must be completed using the contact form above. Other methods of referral will not count towards the Recommend a Friend scheme.
Payments will be made upon completion of any guarantee period offered to the client, and the client invoice has been satisfied in full.
Payments will be made in the form of a voucher of your choice, up to the amount of £50. For the £250 bonus payments, we are obliged by Government legislation to pay this sum via our payroll system.
There is only 1 referral payment per candidate referred.
The candidate must be placed within a 6 month period of referral to qualify.
