Key responsibilities

As part of the hotel’s food and beverage team, your duties will include:

• Providing friendly and professional service to hotel guests.
• Serving food and drinks across restaurant and bar areas.
• Taking orders and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Setting up and clearing tables, keeping service areas clean and tidy.
• Supporting the team during busy service periods.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety.

• Previous experience in waiting, bar work or a similar hospitality role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work well in a busy environment.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
