Key Responsibilities

As a Spa Therapist, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, including:

• Delivering a range of luxury spa treatments, including massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
• Welcoming guests, completing consultations and understanding their treatment needs.
• Providing professional aftercare advice and recommending suitable products.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across treatment areas.
• Preparing treatment rooms before appointments and ensuring they are presented to the highest standard.
• Building strong relationships with guests while respecting their privacy and confidentiality.
• Supporting retail sales through confident product recommendations.
• Working closely with the wider spa team and reception to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Attending training and keeping up to date with treatments, products and departmental standards.
• Supporting other spa duties when required.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a passionate Massage Therapist or Beauty Therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Experience delivering a range of spa treatments.
• Strong massage skills, with experience or an interest in Deep Tissue Massage.
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
• A warm, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Confidence recommending products and providing home-care advice.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and shift patterns.
• A positive team attitude and commitment to high standards.
