Key Responsibilities:

This role involves leading daily spa operations to ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction. You will:

• Manage and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional treatments
• Oversee booking systems and maintain high levels of customer care
• Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships
• Implement health and safety standards to guarantee guest wellbeing
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the spa services
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the spa in line with company standards

What we’re looking for:

• Have previous experience managing a spa, wellness, or beauty environment

• Car driver ideally as property is remote
