Our client, an Independent school based in Tetbury are looking to employ a confident, dedicated, and creative sous chef to join and help lead the kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, hardworking and have the experience to lead and manage the schools entire catering operation. Coaching and motivating the junior members of the team to ensure smooth services. Hours are 40 per week, worked on a rota’d days on and off basis.

What’s involved?

• Previous Sous Chef experience in either school of B and I catering
• Exceptional standards in all aspects of food service and attention to detail is vital
• Ability to guide and coach another team member
• Proven track record of continually improving standards
• Good communication skills at all levels
• A positive outgoing disposition and real ‘can-do’ approach
