Key Responsibilities:
In this Sous Chef position, you’ll:

• Assist in managing food costs and achieving GP targets
• Train and guide kitchen staff on dish specs, portion control, and standards
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and storage procedures
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure HACCP compliance
• Keep accurate records for cleaning schedules, temperatures, and food labelling
• Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house teams

• Proven success at Sous Chef level, or a strong CDP ready to step up
• A team player who leads by example and supports staff development
