Platinum Recruitment has partnered with an award winning Gastro Pub in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to lead a fresh food kitchen. Ideally Chefs will Have an AA Rosette background and be looking to work to a minimum 2 AA Rosette Standard

What’s involved?

As Sous Chef your responsibilities will include;

• Prepare daily dishes, contribute to recipe development, and ensure quality.
• Guide and train junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Monitor ingredients, manage stock, and control costs.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operation.
• Occasionally interact with guests for feedback and menu explanations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining records.
• Working at 2 AA Rosette Standard
