What you’ll be doing:
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team:
Help deliver multi-rosette standard food to consistently high levels
Assist in managing food costs and achieving GP targets
Train and guide kitchen staff on dish specs, portion control and standards
Oversee stock control, ordering and storage procedures
Maintain hygiene standards and ensure HACCP compliance
Keep accurate records for cleaning schedules, temperatures, and food labelling
Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house teams

An experienced and motivated chef with proven success at Sous Chef level or strong CDP ready to step up
A team player who leads by example and supports staff development
Someone who thrives in a professional, high-quality restaurant and hotel environment
