Key Responsibilities:

As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving revenue through proactive outreach:

• Generate new business through outbound Sales activity
• Build relationships with large companies and corporate clients
• Sell rooms, events, and corporate contracts
• Identify and target new market opportunities, including Southampton
• Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to maximise performance
• Manage and grow a strong pipeline of business opportunities
