Key Responsibilities:

In this vital front-office role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests making bookings and enquiries.

• Handle calls, emails, and online queries for room and group bookings
• Ensure all booking details are accurate and shared with relevant departments
• Enter and manage reservations in the property system
• Support the Revenue Manager with reports, rate updates, and revenue targets
• Build strong relationships with returning guests
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an organised, confident communicator with a passion for hospitality.

• Previous Hotel Reservations experience is essential
• Experience with corporate, group, and leisure markets
• Immediately available with no prior commitments
• MEWS experience preferred (training provided if required)
• Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
