Salary / Rate of pay: up to £19.00 per hour

Platinum Recruitment are supporting a popular hotel in Guernsey, and we have an opportunity for a Relief Sous Chef on a temporary basis.

Our client is a popular hotel in the middle of St Peterport on Guernsey. They have a couple of dining options all coming out of the same kitchen and serve a relatively relaxed menu. The hotel is looking for a temporary sous chef to help them for around 4 weeks while their new Had Chef gets settled in so this won’t be a firefighting assignment!

What’s involved?

As a relief chef you will work with the hotel management and follow instruction as and when required. The beauty of this one is that you will be working in pretty much a full team and will assist the new Head Chef in settling in.
