Salary / Rate of pay: £16.50 per hour

Platinum Recruitment support an College in the Braintree area, looking for a Relief Head Chef for the below dates;

Monday 4th February – Friday 7th February 0845-1445

Monday 10th February – Friday 17th February 0845-1445

Monday 24th February – Friday 28th February 0845-1445

Monday 3rd March – Friday 8th March 0845-1445

What’s involved?

As a Relief Head Chef you will be supporting our client on a temporary/adhoc weekly basis. You will be the on incharge of the onsite catering offering through a global company, making sure that day to day duties are completed to the highest standards.

As well as managing kitchen brigades and adhering to strict FSA legislation.
