Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out painting, decorating and minor plastering works as a skilled painter & decorator
- Complete carpentry repairs and basic plumbing tasks
- Support furniture movement, assembly, and installations
- Perform daily water checks and flushing activities
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Carry out planned and reactive General maintenance tasks
- Work flexibly across trades within a multi-skilled environment
- Accurately record completed work and maintenance updates
- Maintain safe and clean working areas at all times
- Support and oversee subcontractors when required
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a refurbishment or multi-skilled maintenance role
- Strong experience as a painter & decorator
- Good all-round handyman and maintenance knowledge
- Experience carrying out general maintenance works
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Good communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
