Pastry Chef – Llandudno, North Wales | £31,000 | 4 star Hotel

Are you a Pastry Chef seeking an new opportunity, we are looking for someone to join this awad winning 4 star hotel, situated in the heart of the beautiful Llandudno Seafront Promenade. The hotel pride’s itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes from their menu’s, as well as overseeing the daily running of the pastry and bakery section. You will support the Chef in developing and createing new items and desserts for the pastry kitchen.

Your role
As Pastry Chef, you’ll be a key part of the kitchen brigade:

• Prepare ingredients and dishes, maintaining quality and consistency
• Manage your section and ensure high standards are met
• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
• Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise waste
• Work closely with the team of chefs and Front of House during busy service
• Continue developing your skills in a professional kitchen

• Experience in high-quality kitchens
• Passion for desserts, baking and presentation
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Eligible to work in the UK
