Job Role: Nursery Chef

Platinum Recruitment is proud to be supporting a number of nurseries in and around Basingstoke, and we’re looking for experienced Chefs to join our team on a temporary, flexible basis.
This is agency work, with shifts offered across different nursery settings depending on demand. It’s a fantastic opportunity for chefs looking for flexible, daytime hours while working in rewarding environments preparing fresh, nutritious meals for young children.
A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.
£15+ per hour

As a Nursery Chef working through Platinum Recruitment, you’ll support local nurseries by preparing healthy, balanced meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Previous Chef experience (nursery, school or contract catering desirable)
Strong Food Safety & Health & Safety knowledge
Experience catering for allergies and dietary requirements
Ability to manage stock and kitchen organisation
Food Hygiene Level 2
Safeguarding Level 2
Valid enhanced DBS certificate
Right to work in the UK
