Key Responsibilities
As Night Manager, you’ll oversee the hotel’s operation throughout the night shift and ensure the highest standards of service and safety are maintained.
- Lead the night team and ensure duties are completed to a high standard
- Oversee overnight operations including front desk, security, housekeeping and maintenance
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Manage emergency situations and contact the appropriate authorities if required
- Complete nightly audits and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
- Monitor overnight budgets and record expenses accurately
- Work with other departments to resolve any operational issues
- Provide guidance and training to the overnight team
- Maintain clear records of overnight activities and incidents

- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
