As a Night Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, including:
* Checking guests in and out using the Opera system
* Completing security walks throughout the hotel
* Updating guest registration cards and records
We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running:
* Previous experience as a Night Manager within a hotel
* Knowledge and confidence using the Opera PMS system
* A professional, guest-focused approach with strong communication skills
