The successful Night Customer Liaison Associate will have exceptional customer service skills and excel at building strong relationships. You will be the face of the company, ensuring that the customers receive prompt and professional assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience that exceeds expectations and fosters long-term loyalty. Experience within hospitality or serviced apartments is essential.

A desire for a mandarin speaker but not essential.
