Location: Winchester – Sutton Scotney
Salary: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a large Hotel and Spa in the Winchester area, currently our client is looking for ongoing temporary Receptionists starting from 01 May to cover the whole of Summer.

What’s involved?

• As a Receptionist in Hospitality, you will be able to manage reservations on computer systems such as Protel and Opera.
• Speak to guests and ensure they are well looked after.
• Work in a tidy and organised manner.
• Managing phone calls and transferring calls.
• Dealing with customer complaints and feedback.
• Working Hours are Mornings and Evenings shifts are typically between the hours of 07:30-22:30 and are 8-8.5 hours long.
